In 2009 Solomon and Spiegel took advantage of Peekskill’s artists’ live/work loft spaces and created INNOVATIVE ARTS – a unique salon offering visitors a place to gather, to engage in conversation, to exchange views and ideas, and to enhance their knowledge and awareness of fine art.
